#PolygienePartner of the month: Itoki

17 2 月, 2021
What started as a paper clips and staplers business in the late 19th century grew to be Japan’s biggest office furniture company.

Itoki’s mission “We Design Tomorrow. We Design WORK-Style.”, perfectly reflects its history that spans more than 130 years of innovative product development. They aim to support the “work-style” of individuals to help sustain mental and physical health, demonstrate powerful creativity while remaining highly productive, and pave the way for valuable innovation.

They care that consumers would have the best experience using their products. But one other of their core values is to protect the global environment by creating specific action guidelines and operating with the environmental management system.

Polygiene and ITOKI started working together in 2015 with the inclusion of Polygiene Biostatic technology to office chair fabrics and meeting tables. Demand has increased in recent years as the office environment has changed to free addressing, where everyone shares all office furniture. Their award-winning innovative products strive to create a comfortable and energetic work environment with a keen focus on saving the planet every day with their design and production.
